Gold production in Azerbaijan down by 30%

In January-July 2023, Azerbaijan produced 1,182 kg of gold (-29.6%) and 2,385.4 kg of silver (-42.5%), Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, the production of copper concentrate in Azerbaijan was 1,086.8 tons, up 41% from the same period in 2022.

As of August 1, 2023, the finished products made up 143.7 kg of gold, 194.2 kg of silver, and 653.1 tons of copper.
