German companies to invest in aluminum industry of Azerbaijan

German companies are eager to invest 3 million euros in the aluminium industry of Ganja city, German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Wolfgang Manig told Report.
"This is a big investment for the aluminium industry. I was informed about the project by the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce. Negotiations were held with the Azerbaijani side last month. The full details of the talks are yet to be known," he said.
The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Germany in January-May this year amounted to & 497.175 million, which is 49.1% more than the corresponding period of the last year.
