Fruit juice production slightly down in Azerbaijan

In January-April 2025, 1.45 million decaliters of fruit juice were produced in Azerbaijan, 1.3% less than in the same period of 2024, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In addition, 54,272 tons of canned fruits and vegetables were produced in Azerbaijan during the specified period, which is 9.3% more than a year ago.

As of May 1, the country had 712,600 decaliters of fruit juice stocks and 18,075 tons of canned fruits and vegetables stocks. This is 5.8% and 15.1% more than in the previous year, respectively.

In the first four months of 2025, food products worth over $1.778 billion manats ($1.045 billion) were produced in Azerbaijan - 12.5% more compared to the previous year.
