Azerbaijan’s bentonite output surges by over 72%

During the first 4 months of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 84,900 tons of bentonite, representing a 72.2% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

As of May 1, the country had 166,800 tons of final product inventory.

Meanwhile, in 2024, the country produced 253,100 tons of bentonite, which is 2 times more than in 2023.
