Azerbaijan quadruples tractor production 

Azerbaijan manufactured machinery and equipment, transport facilities, cars, trailers, and semi-trailers worth AZN 172.4 million in January-July 2021.

The State Statistical Committee told Report that cars, trailers, and semi-trailers rose by 47.8%.

Azerbaijan manufactured 940 private cars in the reporting period, down 12.5% or 134 units from the previous year. As of August 1, 2021, the stock of finished products made up 141.

In the reporting period, 407 tractors were manufactured, up 3.9-fold from a year earlier (finished products - 60).
