Azerbaijan observes minor growth in fruit juice production

In the first quarter of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 1.091 million decaliters of fruit, reflecting a slight 0.2% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

Additionally, during this period, the production of fruit and vegetable preserves reached over 41,684 tons, 15.8% higher compared to the corresponding period in 2024.

By April 1, 2025, the country's reserves included 881,900 decaliters of fruit juice and more than 19,478 tons of fruit and vegetable preserves, showing respective increases of 14.4% and 15.7% compared to the previous year.

In the first quarter of 2025, food production in Azerbaijan was valued at 1.395 billion manats ($820.8 million), marking a 12.2% increase compared to the same period last year.
