Azerbaijan produced 23,065,600 dekaliters of beverage in January-July 2021, up 8.75% from a year earlier, Report informs, with reference to the State Statistical Committee (SSC).
In the reporting period, the vodka production made up 852,100 dekaliters (17% less than a year ago), cognac production dropped 11.1% to 12,000 dekaliters, grape wine production stood at 429,600 dekaliters (up 3.3-fold from the previous year), beer production slipped 1.9% to 3,268,100 dekaliters, soft drinks production increased by 13.3% to 18,503,800 dekaliters.
As of August 1, the finished products on alcoholic drinks were 1.576 million dekaliters, on soft drinks – 1,166,700 dekaliters, respectively, up 4.7% and 27.2% from the previous year.
