Azerbaijan boosts salt production by over 2%

In January-April of 2025, Azerbaijan produced more than 27,178 tons of salt, marking a 2.1% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

As of May 1, Azerbaijan had 26.4 tons of finished final product inventory

Meanwhile, in 2024, the country produced 89,456 tons of salt, which is 22.1% more compared to 2023.
