7 new industrial enterprises commissioned in Dushanbe

Seven new enterprises have been launched in the capital of Tajikistan, where a total of over 4,000 people will be able to work. The opening ceremony of the enterprises was attended by President Emomali Rahmon and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali, Report informs referring to Tajik media.

The facilities were opened as part of the country's accelerated industrialization program and to celebrate the 35th anniversary of state independence. This will speed up the production of import-substituting products and will contribute to employment, economic development and the social sector.

Modern production instruments and equipment for enterprises were imported from various countries, including Russia, China and Türkiye. The enterprises will manufacture 250 types of products per year - clothing, bed linen and confectionery.

According to the plan of the executive body of Dushanbe, the city is building and reconstructing factories and enterprises, thus ensuring an increase in industrial production and the number of jobs.
