Russian stage of 2022/2023 Grand Prix of Figure Skating series not to be held after 26 years

The Russian Grand Prix of figure skating will not take place for the first time since 1996, Report informs.

The International Skating Union (ISU) has approved the Grand Prix calendar for the next season.

The Russian stage is not included in the list. Instead, the competition will be held in Espoo, Finland, on November 25-27.

It is noteworthy that earlier, the ISU cancelled the tournaments in Russia due to the situation in Ukraine.
