Russian skier receives four-year ban for doping violation

The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has announced a four-year disqualification of skier Alexander Ovsyannikov following a doping infringement.
According to Report, the 27-year-old athlete was found with banned substances in his system, leading to his immediate removal from competitive sports. The term of his disqualification extends through the conclusion of 2027.
