Mingachevir Regatta in rowing starts in Azerbaijan’s Sugovushan

The program of the first day of the Mingachevir Regatta in rowing has become known.

Report’s employee sent to Mingachevir informs that international competition will start in Azerbaijan’s Sugovushan liberated from occupation.

On the first day, there will be competitions in kayaking and canoeing at a distance of 200 meters among men and women.

Due to the small number of participants, the fight in some age categories will begin directly from the finals, in other categories - from the semi-finals.

Before the start of the regattas, in which, along with Azerbaijan, teams from Bulgaria, Italy, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Serbia, Turkiye, Uzbekistan and Ukraine will take part, an official opening ceremony will be held.
