ISU allows somersaults in competitions

The International Skating Union (ISU) has allowed skaters to perform somersaults in competitions, Report informs.
The relevant decision was made at the organization's congress held in Las Vegas.
The proposal was made by the technical committee and was approved by a majority vote in a package of changes to the rules. Somersaults will be allowed from the next season.
