Azerbaijani weightlifter made history by winning gold medal in world championship

The IWF Youth World Championships in Las Vegas, US has ended.

Report informs, members of the Azerbaijani national team also participated in the mundial where more than 200 athletes from 50 countries competed.

On the last day of the race, the prize winner of the European Championship winner Rahman Kazimov (102 kg) stood on the podium.

The athlete has successfully completed all three jerk lift tasks and has shown a total result of 174 kg. At the end, he overcame all his opponents in this action and won the gold medal of the world championship.
