Azerbaijani judoka Elmar Gasimov makes his way to Grand Slam final

Baku. 29 October. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani judoka Elmar Gasimov has made his way to the final of the Grand Slam tournament in Abu Dhabi.

According to Report, in the 100 kg divisions, the 27-year-old athlete made his way to the final by defeating his opponents from Uzbekistan, Russia and Portugal. He is now to encounter Peter Paltchik in the decisive bout.

Meanwhile, Mammadali Mehdiyev (90 kg) and Iryna Kindzerska (78 kg) will compete for bronze.
