Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler advances to Paris 2024 semifinals

Azerbaijan’s heavyweight freestyle wrestler Giorgi Meshvildishvili (125kg) has secured a spot in the semifinals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Report informs via AZERTAC.
Meshvildishvili achieved this by winning with technical superiority over Mongolian Munkhtur Lkhagvagerel in the quarterfinals.
He will compete against Georgian Geno Petriashvili in the semifinals.
