Azerbaijani female wrestler wins Olympic license

Azerbaijani women wrestler Maria Stadnik qualifies for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.
Report informs that the 31-year-old athlete achieved this by reaching the semifinals at the World Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Stadnik, who won Ekaterina Poleschuk (Russia) in the 1/4 finals, secured her place in the first "6".
Notably, Maria Stadnik has won the right to participate in the Olympics for the fourth time in her career. She won a bronze medal in Beijing 2008, a silver medal at London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Stadnik also has gold medals of the World Championships, European Championships (7 times) and European Games (2 times).
