Azerbaijan NOC represented at 54th General Assembly of European Olympic Committees

Representatives from the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan (NOC) are participating in the 54th General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees (EOC).

According to Report, the event, held in Frankfurt, Germany, includes NOC Vice President Chingiz Huseynzade, Secretary General Azer Aliyev, and Head of the Foreign Relations Department Anar Baghirov.

The agenda for the meeting includes discussions on the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, the 2027 European Games in Istanbul, and the EOC’s “Strategic Agenda - 2030”.

Additionally, the Pyotr Nurovski Award for the Best European Young Athlete and the EOC’s “Olympic Laurel” Award will be presented.
