Athletes from 8 countries to take part in Mingachevir Regatta in Azerbaijan

As many as 14 teams from eight countries will take part in the Mingachevir Regatta 2023, which starts in Azerbaijan on October 25, Report informs referring to the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation.

More than 100 rowers from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and Ukraine, born in 2005 to 2010, will take part in the three-day competition.

The international Mingachevir Regatta 2023 will be held on October 25-27 under the organization of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Canoe and Rowing Federation.

The competition is organized with the aim of developing canoeing in the country.

Mingachevir Regatta 2023 was included in the calendar plan of the European Canoe Association.
