Virgin Atlantic plane makes emergency landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport

The captain of Virgin Atlantic airline's London-Islamabad flight sent an emergency landing request to Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Report informs, citing the press service of the Airport.

The reason for this was the sudden deterioration of the passenger's health on the plane.

The Boeing 787-9 plane landed at Baku airport at 07:37 AM (GMT+4).

This is the second plane that made an emergency landing at Baku airport in the last 12 hours. On the evening of March 2, the EVA Air plane also landed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport due to the deterioration of the health of one of the passengers on board the "Boeing 787" plane traveling on the Bangkok-Amsterdam route.
