Reckless driver of embassy car in Baku

The driver of the Bulgarian embassy car has repeatedly violated traffic rules in Baku.
Report informs, the video shows Mercedes with plate number 031 D 001, has repeatedly broken traffic rules by maneuvering dangerously several times, ignoring traffic signal. Then the car stopped on the opposite side of the road.
Witnesses say the driver also honked special horns while maneuvering.
