Victim of Armenian shelling: I was hit by a rocket fired at Barda

During his testimony at the ongoing trial in the Baku Military Court, victim Elchin Shirinov recounted the events of October 28, 2020, when he was injured in a missile attack on the city of Barda.
Report quotes Shirinov as saying at approximately 1:00 p.m., as he was traveling in a VAZ 21074 vehicle, a Smerch rocket launched by Armenian armed forces struck nearby.
The explosion caused Shirinov to sustain multiple shrapnel wounds, which were later classified as serious based on the extent of the injuries.
“There were multiple attacks on Barda,” Shirinov stated. “Smerch rockets were fired repeatedly, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries.”
