Truck drivers, who blocked road in Baku, arrested

Truck drivers Miralam Mammadov and Elvin Malikov, who blocked the road in Baku, were arrested for 30 days, Report informs, citing a relevant decision of the Narimanov District Court.

Driver Baxtiyar Mammadov did not participate in the trial on health grounds.

Since a criminal case was initiated against Ramish Jafarov, his case was considered separately. R. Jafarov was arrested for 2 months.

A criminal case was initiated by the Investigation Department of the Narimanov District Police Department under Article 233 (organization of actions that caused a violation of public order or active participation in such actions) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
