Trial of Armenian citizens accused of terrorism starts

A preliminary hearing into a criminal case of Armenian citizens Sargsyan Ishkhan Ashoti and Rafaelyan Vladimir Otari, who are being accused of terrorism, has started today at the Sabunchu District Court.
The trial, chaired by Ganja Court of Grave Crimes Judge Elmin Rustamov, is clarifying personal details of the suspects, Report informs.
The court session is in progress now.
They are being charged under Article 214.2.3 of the Criminal Code (terrorism committed with the application of firearms or subjects used as a weapon).
