State Committee on information about birth of baby by 11-year-old girl

The State Committee for Family, Women, and Children Issues commented on the information about the birth of a child by an 11-year-old girl.

State Committee spokesman Teymur Mardanoglu said in a statement to Report that an investigation has been launched in connection with the case.

"In this regard, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Issues sent an official appeal to the Commission for the Protection of the Rights of Minors of the Imishli District Executive Authorities, as well as to the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance. Investigations have already begun and work is underway with the relevant structures."
