Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ The attempts of four Iranian citizens to cross the state border of Azerbaijan with fraudulent documents have been prevented in recent days.

Report informs citing the press service of the State Border Service that the Italian passports submitted by Iranian citizens- Abdikord Ali Gulamriza born in 1969, Ebrahimnaom Arzu Gulamali born 1978, Abdikord Afshin Ali born in 2015 and Abdikord Afag Ali, born in 2001, who arrived in Azerbaijan on November 14 by the Tehran-Baku flight, raised suspicion and were determined as fraudulent as a result of a deep laboratory examination.

During the investigation, Iranian passports were found on the detainees. According to their passports, they had to fly by Tehran-Istanbul flight on November 17 and back in a day. Fraudulent Italian passports are also expected to be taken from Turkey.

After the relevant investigations, the detainees were deported from Azerbaijan in the direction they arrived.
