Prosecutor-General sacks Tariyel Gurbanov from post

Azerbaijani Prosecutor-General Kamran Aliyev has dismissed prosecutor Tariyel Gurbanov from his post.

As Report informs, citing an order, Taryiel Gurbanov was dismissed from the post of the head of the Department for Supervision of the Enforcement of Laws in Investigation, Inquiry and Investigative Activities of the Prosecutor-General's Office at the State Security Service, the Emergencies Ministry, and the State Border Service.

The Prosecutor-General's Office confirmed the dismissal of Gurbanov from his post, Report adds.

Tariyel Gurbanov is the brother of the chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, Mubariz Gurbanov.
