Ministry of Emergency Situations addresses population

The population must comply with fire safety rules, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, Lieutenant-General Etibar Mirzayev, told Report's employee seconded to Siyazan.
"Fires cause great damage to forests, agriculture and houses. People should be careful to avoid this," Mirzayev said.
