The crime committed against the civilians in Ganja is inadmissible, editor of Mexico's El Universal newspaper Gabriel Moyssen told Report's Western Center.
"Armenia has violated all international legal rules by firing ballistic missiles at an area where civilians live. Mexico has always supported the rules of international law. In general, targeting civilian objects during any armed conflict is unacceptable. I hope that peace will be established in the region and civilians won't suffer anymore," he said.
