MES: Fire extinguishing operations continue in Shaki

The wildfire in the mountainous area near Kish village of Shaki district is under control, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) told Report.

"Currently, fire extinguishing operations are going on," the ministry said.

The fire protection units of the State Fire Protection Service of MES were sent to the area. Civil defense troops of the MES, relevant forces of the North-West Regional Center, and helicopters of the Aviation detachment were involved in the firefighting measures.
