Large number of weapons and ammunition found in Khankandi and Khojaly

Dozens of weapons and ammunition were found in Khankandi and Khojaly on January 8 as a result of the actions taken by police officers, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

During the operation, 1 grenade launcher, 1 machine gun, 37 automatic weapons of different brands, 2 pistols, 10 rifles of different brands, 28 grenades, 23 lighters, 7,277 cartridges of various calibers, 131 magazines, 12 bayonets, and other ammunition were discovered.

Also, 30 automatic weapons of different brands, 1 grenade launcher, 2 snipers, 10 grenades, 1 rifle, 23,300 cartridges, 23 magazines, and 2 ammunition belts were found and seized in the city of Khojaly.
