Court of Appeal rejects Vagif Khachaturyan's complaints

The Baku Court of Appeal has rejected the appeal against the verdict passed against Vagif Khachaturyan who is accused of participating in the genocide in the village of Meshali, Khojaly district, as part of illegal Armenian armed groups.
Report informs that the decision was announced at a trial chaired by judge of the Baku Court of Appeal Hasan Ahmadov.
The court rejected the appeal and upheld the decision of the first instance court.
