One injured as cluster bomb explodes in Fuzuli

At about 11 o'clock on July 12, Fuzuli District Prosecutor's Office received information that a person had been hit by a mine in the liberated area of the Fuzuli region.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Khalilov Elshan Eyvaz, born in 1987, a resident of Yevlakh, working as a driver at Korpu-Bina-Tikinti LLC, suffered various injuries while working in the liberated village of Garakhanbeyli as a cluster bomb used by Armenia during the Patriotic War exploded. Note that cluster bombs are prohibited by international law.
The prosecutor's office is currently investigating the fact.
