Bar Association: "We can provide legal assistance to any Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin living in Karabakh and accepting Azerbaijani laws"

"We are always ready to provide legal assistance to any Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin who live in the Karabakh region and accept the laws of Azerbaijan," Chairman of the Presidium of Bar Association of Azerbaijan, Anar Bagirov, told Report.

Anar Bagirov, chairman of the Azerbaijan Bar Association (VK), said this in his statement to "Report".

He stressed that he regretted the destructive position of the Armenian side.

"If Armenians accept citizenship in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan, their representation in legislative and other bodies is their right. There will be no problem for them to act in local government bodies. In other words, all their rights will be guaranteed. President Ilham Aliyev has repeatedly voiced this at the highest level."
