Azerbaijani traffic police fired an officer for taking bribes.
A video featuring a traffic police officer demanding bribes from truck drivers went viral on social networks.
An official from the Main Department of State Road Police confirmed the information to Report, saying the police officer, named Vugar Mehdiyev, had been fired from the law enforcement bodies for corruption.
