Azerbaijani emergencies minister meets with ambassador of Belarus

Azerbaijan's Minister of Emergency Situations Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Azerbaijan Dmitry Pinevich, Report informs, citing the ministry.

Expressing sincere congratulations to the ambassador on his appointment, Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov recalled that the rapid and comprehensive development of Azerbaijan-Belarus relations, historically based on the principles of friendship and mutual respect, has been based on the far-sighted policy and mutual trust of the heads of state.

Heydarov provided the other side with detailed information about the work being done in Azerbaijan in the field of emergency management and spoke about the close cooperation with relevant Belarusian agencies in this area.

Expressing gratitude for the cordial meeting, Ambassador Dmitry Pinevich emphasized that the relations between the heads of state, based on mutual trust and respect, are of fundamental importance in deepening relations between the two countries in various directions.
