Baku. 30 November. REPORT.AZ/ Today, the Baku Court of Grave Crimes has completed the hearing on the presentation of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry regarding the extradition of Mohommadreza Ahmadi to his country, who is charged with fraud in Iran.
Report informs that the decision was made in the process under the chairmanship of judge Azer Pashayev.
According to the decision, the presentation was provided. The court made decision on extradition of Ahmadi to Iran.
Notably, Iranian citizen Ahmadi got a loan from the bank in his country, however did not repay it. Later, he appealed to the law enforcement agencies. Tabriz City Court sentenced Mohommadreza Ahmadi to two years imprisonment.
Later, an international search warrant was issued in relation to Ahmadi. He has been detained in Azerbaijan this year. The Khazar District Court chose the arrest warrant on Ahmadi.
