Ali Naghiyev: Coordination of intelligence services important in fighting int'l terrorism

Coordination of the activities of special services is an important aspect for the successful fight against international terrorism and threats to the security system as a whole, the head of the State Security Service Ali Naghiyev said at a security forum in Baku, Report informs.

He noted that holding a security forum in Baku on the eve of COP29 is not accidental: "It is necessary to increase the effectiveness of joint activities, since terrorist acts and provocations aimed at energy transportation routes can lead to economic and environmental disasters of a global nature."
