92 Azerbaijani citizens detained in Georgian prisons

Tbilisi. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ 92 Azerbaijani nationals are detained in Georgian prisons, Georgia's Ministry of Justice stated in August report of the current year.
Report`s Georgian bureau informs that 18 of the Azerbaijani citizens with 16 men and 2 women sentenced to imprisonment in the neighboring country are accused and 74 (67 men and 7 women) are convicted.
16.1% of foreigners detained in Georgian prisons are Azerbaijani citizens. Nearly 572 citizens of 45 countries are jailed in the neighboring country. Most of them are Turkish citizens (132).
66 Russian citizens, 96 Iranians and 29 Armenian citizens are kept in Georgian prisons.
