3 magnitude quake jolts northern Azerbaijan region 

A 3-magnitude quake struck the Shamakhi region, about 28 km south-west of Gobustan station. 
The quake occurred at a depth of 18 kilometers at about 03:01 am local time, the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told Report. 
The tremors were not felt.
