104 registration offices and marriage houses operate in Azerbaijan

"Registration of civil status acts is carried out by district (city) registration offices of the Ministry of Justice, marriage houses, consular offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs abroad, and representations of executive authorities," Reyhana Karimova, head of the Civil Registry Office, said during a live discussion organized by the Ministry of Justice.

According to her,104 registration departments and marriage houses of the Ministry of Justice are currently engaged in that together consular offices and executive representations. Along with other government agencies, there are registration offices of the Ministry of Justice in 5 "ASAN service" centers in Baku and 15 in different regions of Azerbaijan.
