"SOCAR Turkey Energy" and "Azertelecom" establish joint venture in Turkey

The Turkish Competition Authority has confirmed the establishment of a joint venture by SOCAR Turkey Energy and Azertelecom, Report informs, citing foreign media.
The new company will operate in the telecommunication sector under the name of "Transanatolian Fiber Taf Telekomünikasyon Hizmetleri AŞ."
