Single transit portal created for Middle Corridor countries

A single transit portal www.mc-transit.net has been developed for the customs authorities of the countries of the Middle Corridor, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Technological Innovations and Statistics of the State Customs Committee Rauf Guliyev said, Report informs.

He was speaking at a multilateral meeting in Baku on the project to simplify the transit customs procedure (Data pipeline) on the single window principle along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route “East-West.”

Guliyev added that during the transit operations, the data indicated on the portal will be available to all countries of the corridor.

The representative of the State Customs Committee added that work is currently underway on the website, and it will soon be put into operation.
