President amends several decrees on civil aviation

President Ilham Aliyev has introduced amendments to a number of decrees in connection with the implementation of the decree dated February 21, 2025, "On Certain Measures to Improve Governance in the Field of Civil Aviation."

According to Report, the head of state has signed a decree in this regard.

According to the information, the Chairman of the Board of the State Civil Aviation Agency, operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, has been included in the list of officials provided with special state mobile communication services.

Additionally, a new service has been introduced by decree in entrepreneurship support centers—the issuance of civil aviation documents in accordance with international agreements for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses.

Furthermore, the State Civil Aviation Agency has been added to the list of public legal entities exempt from VAT on works and services funded by the state budget.
