Preparations underway to create AzStateNet network in Khankandi

The State Service for Special Communications and Information Security is preparing to create the AzStateNet network in the city of Khankandi, head of the civil service, chairman of the Coordination Commission on Information Security, Ilgar Musayev said in an interview to the magazine of Milli Majlis, according to Report.

"During the anti-terrorist measures against the separatist regime in Karabakh on September 19-20 of this year, the state service promptly built and put into operation the Tetra radio communication network in Khankandi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts for the reliable management of government agencies and organization of information exchange. Now preparation is underway in this region for the creation of the AzStateNet network," he noted.

According to him, one of the main tasks of the service is to organize and provide high-quality special communication services to government agencies and strategic facilities, and ensure their security.
