Mohamed Al Kuwaiti: UAE ready to share experience in cybersecurity with other countries

The United Arab Emirates is ready to share its cybersecurity experience with other countries, Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, head of the Cyber Security Department of the UAE Government, stated in a video message to the participants of the international conference GSMA M360 EURASIA 2023, which started in Baku yesterday.

According to him, at the moment the UAE is one of the advanced countries in the context of cybersecurity, which ensures the growth of the digital economy.

"International best practices are being adopted in cooperation with our partners [other countries]. This topic is a priority for us due to growing security threats," he said.

Al Kuwaiti emphasized that in order to solve cybersecurity problems, it is necessary to ensure that there is a clear plan and guidance for actions to prevent and eliminate their consequences.
