Minister: New legal framework allows IT companies to make investments 

The new legal framework created in Azerbaijan now allows IT companies to make investments for themselves, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev said at a meeting with representatives of the innovation ecosystem, Report informs.

"Azerbaijani IT companies sometimes outsource the tenders they win to the Ukrainian companies. Of course, this is due to procurement. It is no longer the same as in previous years. Now the process is more transparent," the minister said.
