Market share of iOS on tablets in Azerbaijan drops by 15%

The market share of the Android operating system in mobile devices in Azerbaijan was 82.22% in August 2024, Report informs.

According to the August report of Statcounter, this is a decrease of 2.76 percentage points compared to July and 0.11 percentage points year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the market share of the iOS operating system in mobile devices in Azerbaijan stood at 17.06% in August 2024, representing a decrease of 2.68 percentage points compared to July and 0.03 percentage points compared to August 2023.

For tablets, the market share of Android increased by 5.07 percentage points from the previous month but dropped by 6.6 percentage points annually, reaching 73.34% in August 2024.

Also, the market share of iOS in tablets was 26.41%, which is 4.57 percentage points less than in July but 6.95 percentage points more than a year ago.

Consequently, the share of iOS on tablets decreased by 15% compared to the previous month.
