Many people complain about malfunction of Twitter

In some countries around the world, there are problems with the work of the social network Twitter, said Downdetector service, which monitors popular Internet resources.
Most of the complaints are from Germany, Great Britain, the United States, and the Czech Republic.
According to the service, some users face the breakdown of the site. Another 21% have problems with applications on the iPhone or iPad.
9% of those said they could not access the social network in Android applications.
