Israel offered cooperation to Azerbaijan to create smart villages, Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek told Report.
"We have expressed the readiness of our companies and our capabilities to be used in Karabakh before, and we do it now," he said.
"There's an Israeli company that has built a dairy farm in Aghali smart village of the Zangilan district. Other projects that we are involved in or discussing participating in are in the field of water management, renewable energy, and agriculture. We have also presented some possibilities to cooperate on smart villages, and we're waiting to see the reaction," the ambassador noted.
